We were relocating from out of state to NC. We actually were in touch with Gil for 3 years before we finally were able to make the transition. During that time he periodically sent updates and touched base with us regarding the market in NC to keep us informed. When we found a house we liked, it turned out to be a short sale. Gil was fantastic, the selling realtor not so much. If it wasn’t for Gil staying on top of things for us and making sure we got what we needed from the other realtor/bank, the sale would have fallen through. He helped us negotiate a great price and was very professional and wonderful to work with. He really listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to find properties that fit our budget and needs.
